We are not like the other farms - we like to think that our guests step back in time a few years.... We offer something a little different than the other farms - no Fall season haunting themes, no electronic games, just clean old-fashioned outdoor family and group fun. All of our events are fundraisers for the Monks of Marmion Abbey. All proceeds from Abbey Farms enables the continuation of the v

arious ministries performed by the Monks, as well. Having been in the business of creating family traditions for more than 50 years, the monks pride themselves on providing good ol’ fashioned fun for the entire family. Abbey Farms is a non-profit farm run by and for the Monks of Marmion Abbey located in Aurora Illinois started back in 1949. Since the first Christmas tree was planted in 1949, Abbey Farms has transformed into a multi season family-oriented farm. Situated on over 300 acres of beautiful farmland, Abbey Farms is one of the oldest farms open to the public in the area. From monk-grown U-Cut and Precut Christmas trees to our over 8 acre corn maze - when it comes to old-fashioned family fun, we have it all!

Sunshine outside, and we're already thinking Christmas. Join us for Christmas in July at Abbey Farms on Saturday, July 11th, from 10 to 3. We'll have 75+ local artisans selling their arts and crafts (some Christmas, some not), the farm store open all day, and a new treat we can't stop talking about: iced hot chocolate, alcoholic or non. Bring the whole family. It's going to be a great day.

There's a sweet surprise waiting at Honey Fest! 🐝🍯 Reach into our big honeycomb and pull out a prize: candy, toys, and treats for kids who can't have candy too. Plus a question-and-answer trail throughout the park to explore along the way.
Add 40+ local vendors, local honey, live beehives, the kids' activity park, and a brand-new butterfly release at 1:30 PM, and it's a full day on the farm. Saturday, June 27, 10 AM to 3 PM.

We're still looking for vendors for Christmas in July, our arts and crafts show on Saturday, July 11 from 10am to 3pm. You put real time into making your arts and crafts; this is your chance to put them in front of crowds of shoppers hunting for the perfect Christmas (or birthday) gift.

Outdoor 10x10 booths start at just $40. Spaces are juried and they fill up, so don't wait to apply.

The sweetest day of summer is almost here. 🐝🍯 Honey Fest is back at Abbey Farms on Saturday, June 27, from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Spend the whole day with us: shop the farm store stocked with local honey, browse 40+ vendors, get up close with live beehives, and let the kids loose in the activity park. New this year, a live butterfly release at 1:30 PM, release your own butterfly to help our pollinators ($5, limited to 100 spots, so reserve early).

Bring the whole crew, four-legged friends included. 🐝🐶 Honey Fest at Abbey Farms is packed with attractions for the kids: the jumping pillow, pedal carts, gravity wagon basketball, and the mega drop slide. We loved seeing all your pups at Dog Days, and leashed dogs are welcome at Honey Fest too.

Spend the day with us exploring 50+ local vendors, 7 pollinator and gardening education booths, live music from Jon Babin, kids' arts and crafts, and all your favorite park attractions: the jumping pillow, mega slide, pedal carts, and more.
