Weller C.Y.P.B. (Craft Your Perfect Bourbon) is a highly allocated and limited-release wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from the Buffalo Trace Distillery.
Mashbill: Wheated (Buffalo Trace's well-known wheated recipe, replacing rye with wheat as the secondary grain)
Aging Location: The highest floors of the rickhouse, allowing for intense heat fluctuations and flavor extraction
Nose: Light and fruit-forward, featuring aromas of baked pears, citrus, and sweet oak.Palate: Well-rounded and balanced. You will experience soft, sweet notes of butterscotch, vanilla, and caramel, followed by a burst of citrus, baking spices, and tobacco.Finish: Medium-long, leaving lingering hints of vanilla, sweet oak, and a touch of black pepper.
Secondary Market: Because it is an allocated, limited-production bottle, it is exceptionally hard to find at the standard retail level. As a result, it typically commands prices anywhere from $400 to $800+
