Ployez-Jacquemart isn’t just making Champagne — they’re making statements. Third-generation winemaker Laurence Ployez runs the place, and you can practically hear her rolling her eyes at the word “trendy.” We’ve got three of her finest: the 2012 Blanc de Blancs (crisp, toasty, electric), the 2016 Meunier ‘Parcelle AB390’ Extra Brut (bold, bracing, unforgettable), and the ‘Granite’ Extra Brut (mineral, complex, full of history). Quantities are limited, so act fast. Think of it as buying art — except this art has bubbles and a finish that goes on forever.

We’re launching something new — a wine event series that’s less lecture, more wandering through places you’ve only dreamed about. First stop: the coast. Think sea breezes, grilled lemons, salt air, and wines that taste like slow hours on some sun-soaked Mediterranean terrace. We’re pouring wines that taste like nights you never want to end.

Sometimes a girl gets lazy. Thankfully, there are delicious (and eco-friendly!) things in bottles that make you look like you worked so hard. This one says it’s “Margarita” mix, but that’s really more of a suggestion and can blatantly be ignored for the sake of substituting your favorite spirit. Today we’re making Daiquiris.

🍍 2oz Maggie’s Farm Pineapple
🍓 2oz Salty Goat Strawberry Habanero Marg Mix
🍋‍🟩 A squeeze of fresh lime
Dump ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, shake, and strain into your favorite coupe
