Elemental Cru is here!
A new tier of our Wine Club. Two bottles a month, $120, built around producers and small releases.

One benchmark bottle from a grower worth knowing, and one that’s excellent and ready whenever. Low-intervention winemaking, thoughtful farming, and allocations that show up in painfully small numbers.

Members get 10% off all wine in the shop, plus a seat at every Wine Salon.

First month features an eccentric Loire wizard who ran a Paris wine bar before deciding he’d rather make the stuff himself. That’s all we’re saying!

Sign up by 9/30 for the first offering. Join this month and our friends Garnish and Gather will throw in a $50 gift card. Link in bio!

During Bourbon Heritage Month, we’re kicking off a little series in our emails called ‘From the Vault’ with our Owner, Cory Atkinson, diving deep into our single barrels, how we got them, where we found them and what makes each one special. Many of you are already invested in our emails but if you aren’t yet & want to know more — Find the link our bio to sign up! 📬

September is Bourbon Heritage month! Join us every Friday for whiskey tastings all month long! 🥃🌽

Based in Senoia, Georgia, this women-led, family-owned business draws on two centuries of farming tradition. They grow rare, heirloom varieties prized for their robust flavors like the nearly extinct Jimmy Red Corn and Abruzzi Rye, entirely on their own farm, organically and intentionally.
Tomorrow, Amy Brown of Doc Brown Farms will be here pouring Addie Rose, a bourbon finished with pecan wood staves, and Effie Jewel, a salty bourbon finished by the sea. Come by tomorrow from 5-7pm and kick off Bourbon season right!

Say hello to our newest addition! The first release of a single-varietal Mexicano agave spirit from Macurichos, and it all belongs to us! But there are less than 60 bottles, and once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t sleep on it!

The family palenque was founded in 1963 by Rosalino Martínez Ruiz and his son Rafael Martínez Hernández. Today, Gonzalo Martínez, alongside his three brothers and young nephew, continues to distill at the same site that his grandfather and father established six decades ago.

Gonzalo launched the Macurichos brand in 2012 in honor of his grandfather, with the label featuring an illustration of Rosalino returning home on horseback after a long day of work en el campo. The family employs numerous neighbors and is one of only a handful of distillers in the area who still produce using Ancestral methods, including distillation in clay pot stills. The brothers cultivate their own diverse fields of agave, planting predominantly from seed and reforesting the diminishing wild agave populations. They use exclusively organic farming practices with love and respect for the land.

Mexicano (Agave Rhodacantha) grows natively around Oaxaca and Puebla. Usually larger in size and takes anywhere from 8-15 years to mature. The agave produces rich expressions full of fruit, botanicals, and scorched earth. Our expression was rested in glass for 6 years before being bottled and sent our way. In Gonzalo’s words, “When you drink Macurichos, you are drinking years of our family’s history, work, and sacrifice.”

But don’t take our word for it. Grab one for yourself!

A new lineup from the renowned Master Distiller Carlos Camerena and his late co-creator Tomás Estes! Curado Tequila is infused with roasted agave fibers from 3 different agave species: its own Blue Weber, classic Espadín, and wild Cupreata. These Tequilas are all delicious but the best thing is you don’t have to take our word for it! See for yourself at the tasting tomorrow 5-7pm
