The Prestige of Bubbles
Celebrate the magic of Champagne with us as we explore what makes it the world’s most iconic sparkling wine—from its chalky soils to its noble grapes. This seated tasting will showcase six exquisite cuvées from top producers, highlighting the elegance, depth, and tradition of the region.

Time:
Thursday, May 23rd — 6:00 PM (sharp)

This past Monday, we had the honor of hosting the legendary Raúl Pérez.His deep knowledge of farming and winemaking—and especially his natural approach—left us inspired and full of questions.

Hearing him speak about his extended skin maceration techniques, done without intervention, was a revelation. The result? Wines that are both powerful and delicate—a conundrum in the best way.

It’s truly a gift to spend time with a winemaker like Raúl, someone who generously shares insights on everything from filtration to oxygen levels and how these tiny details shape the final expression in the glass.

Crafted only in exceptional vintages, the 2015 Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is more than just Champagne — it’s a tribute to beauty, craftsmanship, and unforgettable women.

Led by Séverine Frerson, the first female cellar master in the Maison’s 200-year history, this vintage blends grace with precision: white blossoms, ripe peach, and a whisper of citrus — wrapped in fine, creamy bubbles.

The set includes two signature flutes featuring the anemone motif designed by Emile Gallé, a pioneer of the Art Nouveau movement — making this a collectible keepsake as well as a stunning gift.
