Memorial Day Plans: Made🌭🌭🌭🌭Once in a blue moon an event so perfect comes along, it is impossible to decline! So while we are usually closed on Memorial Day Monday, we just couldn’t say no to welcoming Jenny Mosbacher and Jim Fischer, the brilliant minds behind a very special project out of Oregon that we adore and have supported from day one. Our shared love of hotdogs paired with a refreshing glass of wine made it a double no-brainer to get our new neighbors to fire up the grill and serve up some dogs (meat & veggie!) to enjoy with this special lineup. This casual Meet the Maker tasting takeover runs from 12pm-3pm, and we’ll keep the shop doors open until 5pm so you can get bottles. Stay in the neighborhood and enjoy your 3-day weekend with the classiest hot dog party in town! No reservations needed, just come hang.

🚨 FYI 🚨 Thursday’s Tasting Takeover now has 100% MORE Chicago Italian Beef sandwiches as part of the experience, thanks to the good work of our guys Jerry & Fritz next door .

We are wildly excited to welcome Matthew Rorick to the space next Thursday, April 30th, for a tasting takeover! Long-time Lark regulars need no introduction to the incredible wines of but if you are unfamiliar you are in for a treat. Rorick changed the game of California winemaking at the early stages of this century by tending to heritage vines while confidently charting new territory of grape varieties and styles. We’ll be pouring 4 wines (2 brand new for us!) and Matthew will be hanging in the shop from 5-7pm to answer your questions and make our week a lot more fun. As always, a drop-in format, no reservations.

Next week is a PACKED calendar of events in our space, and it kicks off on Monday with a delicious evening that helps feed our community. We are thrilled to welcome our dear philanthropic friend, to the space with his delicious Italian sausage sandos on Monday 04/27 starting at 5pm. He’ll be serving up Sausage & Peppers on a roll, we’ll be pouring Lambrusco, chilled reds (and whites and pinks too!) and all of our proceeds will be donated to the ! It’s a win/win/win in our book, so we hope to see you there.
