The revised Pagan recipe will be a Gruit melomel with mugwort, yarrow, elderflower, buckwheat honey, apples, cherries, and plums. Essentially the same as before, but I traded out the Greek herbs for true Scandinavian Viking era herbs. Started bubbling today so I’m excited, it always feels like I’m waiting for a baby to be born haha

When I do happen to meet someone who has had mead, maybe half will either love it or hate it. To those who hate mead, I feel you, and I understand why. I myself can not stand most other meads either. But Ragnarok Meads is a godly drink. Other meads are mortal tripe. Give yourself the gift of knowing mead’s true potential by having Ragnarok Meads. You’ll be happy that you did. 🍻
