We curate flights as mini adventures into the world of Botanist and Barrel and DeFi Wines. Little guided tours through cider, pet nat, cofos, hybrids, the classics, the cult classics. You sit down, we do the thinking, and you get to see how it all fits together in four small pours. It is the fastest way to understand what we are about without reading a single tasting note.

And for those of you who know exactly what you want, we get that too. That is why we also have build your own flights. You call out what you want and we pour.

Either way, you are not stuck with one drink and one decision. You get a whole little journey in front of you.
