We are pleased to announce the lineup of artisans for our Bourbon Artisan Festival on Saturday, November 1. Our roster looks like this:
Van Hoesen Cheesecakes - The best cheesecakes going. Owner Ty Van Hoesen is a true baking artist. You can get many different types of cheesecakes including ones made with whiskey from the ABV Barrel Shop. Get your holiday orders in at this event and we'll have them delivered to the ABV Barrel Shop.
Bigfoot Wing Dust - Having a spice company that is Bigfoot-themed at a Bourbon Artisan Festival put on by the Bourbon Sasquatch... sounds like perfection!
ODUOAK - Jackie Zykan's bourbon-based scents for men and women. Jackie's schedule won't allow her to make it, but Justine Mays is like her top customer so she will be working the ODUOAK booth at this event.
Waterfall Glen Soap Company - A full line of homemade soaps including some made with bourbon.
Moll Design - Fireman Dominic Moll is a well known artisan in the area making crafts out of bourbon barrels. He'll be back again this year.
Southside Alchemy - Locally owned Southside Alchemy makes cocktail mixers that are standouts.
Candles by Clayton - Our own Clayton Sebacher will be on-hand selling candles he's made with used bourbon bottles.
Phathead Barbecue Sauce - Locally-owned Phathead (Edwardsville) has a full-line of homemade barbecue sauces including a Smokey Whiskey.
The BarrelWorks - Chris Tobin is a friend of Steve's that makes a variety of unique home decor and gifts using old bourbon barrels.
Primeaux Turnings - Tara Primeaux and her daughter Christiana have been hobbyist woodturners for a while, honing their skills. Here's a chance to see what they are doing and buy some of their unique gifts, including some utilizing staves from old bourbon barrels.
Faceless Hot Sauce - Owner Guiliano Zanti is a well-known chef in the area and he's started his own hot sauce line, including one that featured Old Monroe Bourbon.
Heimer Cookies - Evan Heimer is a familiar face on the local Farmer’s Market scene where his cookies are a standout. We’re pretty fond of his cookies with bourbon in them!
Villainous Grounds Coffee Roasters - A full line of coffee including bourbon barrel aged offerings.
In addition to the artists, we'll be pouring samples you can enjoy while you shop and we'll even have a special barrel pick released that day. Of course, it's not a festival without Kanoa's Hawaiian Grill being there so we've got them locked-in! Enjoy the best food truck in St. Louis that day!
The cost for this is just $5. What a way to kick off your holiday shopping season. Heck, you might get your entire list filled that day and you can ease into the holidays with no additional shopping!
