Full-Time Customer Service Associate – Music Store (Rentals, Sales, Repairs)
Location: Hastings on Hudson, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM & Saturdays, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities
As our front desk representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
• Conducting retail sales transactions
• Guiding customers through rental sign-ups and renewals
• Assisting with minor instrument repair questions
• Managing rental forms and customer data using Microsoft Access
• Working with spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming front-of-store area
Requirements & Helpful Prior Experience
• Prior customer service experience (not required, but helpful)
• Comfortable with computers, databases, and Excel
• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
(This is a full-time position. Some flexibility may be discussed if needed.)
