⚫ Macallan Vibrant Oak Harmony ED - The fourth release from the Harmony Collection. This release highlights the American oak flavors. Matured in a combination of first-fill sherry seasoned American oak and refill sherry casks. Vanilla bean, sweet sherbet, lime zest, with fragrant pears nestled in delicate vanilla sponge cake to finish.

⚫ Nikka The Grain - The final installment of the Nikka Discovery Series. This release is a blend of seven grain whiskies from four of Nikka’s distilleries, with vintage Coffey Grain & Coffey Malt from Miyagikyo as the base of it all. This expression truly showcases grain > malted barley. Marshmallow, caramel, light fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, citrus fruits, ending with crème brulee.

⚫ Strathmill 14 Year Impex Collection - Impex does it again. Bottling whiskies that would never make it out of the distillery as a core expression. A light and fruity Speyside Scotch this is. Red apple, cinnamon, starfruit, bubble gum, cotton candy, lemon meringue, pears, waxy, floral, sliding into melon and nougat finish.

⚫ Royal Brackla 12 Year Impex Collection - A Highland Scotch for Highland drinkers. Rich and creamy. With Dewar’s finally releasing core expressions of the 12-, 18- and 21-year-old expressions, single casks are far and few between. Blossoms, butterscotch, almonds, orange peel, white chocolate, toffee, nutmeg, walnut skins, subtle black pepper, ending it all with brown sugar.

⚫ Found North Season 4 AK SB - Season 4 is here for FN single barrels! Season 4 is a makeup of 8yr wheat, 15yr corn, 20yr corn and 21yr corn. Utilizing toasted; French, Spanish and American, and Amburana Oak for the casks. Final mash bill is 71% Corn and 29% Wheat. Bottled at 58.55% ABV.

⚫ Midleton Dair Ghaelach Kilranelagh Wood - Fifth chapter of the Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach series is at Allocated! Irish whiskey in Irish oak. 15-28 year Midleton whiskey was married together before resting in 6 different casks that were from 6 trees from the Kilranelagh Estate that were naturally felled. The true crème de la crème of Irish whiskey.

⚫ Masterson’s 10 Year American Oak - 100% Pacific Northwest Rye distilled at Alberta Distillers in Canada. Aged for 10 years before being finished in Missouri American oak. Granola clusters, creamed cherry, fresh oatmeal cookies, lightly grassy, rye spice, white pepper, leaving you with a short, but creamy and tingling finish.

⚫ Beluga Noble Vodka - Produced in Montenegro. Per the brand, this is best consumed with caviar. But really though- this vodka is SMOOF. Organic Nordic Grain. Barley is not common for vodka, and honestly it should be more common. Tasting notes from the brand is smooth and flavorful. It’s spot on.

⚫ Bruichladdich 18 Year - It’s finally here! Perfectly matured in toasted ex-bourbon casks with a small marriage of sauternes and port casks. It's an absolute must for Bruichladdich fans. Classic Laddi meets Black Arts Jr.

⚫ Glenmorangie a Tale of Ice Cream - Dr. Bill is a nut and we absolutely love it. Ex-bourbon cask and high vanillin. What does that mean? Specific casks built with wood that would bring out heavy vanillin flavors that was slow toasted to bring out that cake. 5th expression is finally here.

⚫ Bushmills Prohibition Recipe - The Peaky Blinders collaboration with Bushmills has landed, at a proper nice price. 'Whiskey's good proofing water. Tells you who's real and who isn't' - Tommy Shelby.

⚫ Smoke Wagon Triple Sevens - A th*****me blend of 7-year whiskies, comprised of corn, rye, and malt. As it states on the bottle- limited and rare. Won't be too many in our market for this special release. SOLD OUT

⚫ New Riff Winter Whiskey - It's back! KY straight bourbon made with malted oat and chocolate malt. The richest dram from the NR house in our opinion.

⚫ Old Soul High Rye Single Barrel - With our Old Soul barrel pick being extinct, we had to bring in some back for the fans of the profile. A high rye mash bill (75c, 21r, 4mb) distilled at MGP, but aged and bottled at Cathead in Jackson, MS. 54.5% ABV

⚫ Old Soul High Rye Small Batch - A blend of two high rye mash bill (75c, 21r, 4mb) whiskies from MGP and Cathead . Only 44 barrels were produced. At 45% ABV, a bit more palatable than the single barrel expression.

⚫ JUSTIN Paso Robles Cab Sauv - Justin has finally made it to ALCTD. With our Cali cabs killing it in our wine selection, we decided to add another big name to the shop. Bold, rich and fresh. A very versatile cab when you're looking for the medium-full bodied palate.

⚫ JUSTIN Isosceles Cab Sauv - Probably the most iconic expression from JUSTIN. This full bodied staple is comprised of predominately cab sauv, but has cab franc and merlot to round out the roller coaster on your palate. A currant and jam forward cab.

⚫ Ardbeg 17 Year - It'sssss baaaackkk!!! After being retired in 2004 after a 7 year run, the beloved 17 year returns. Dr. Bill Lumsden meticulously crafted to mirror the original.

⚫ Ardbeg 14 Year Anthology Unicorn's Tale - The second edition of the Anthology Series. A marriage of Maderia and ex-Bourbon casks is not to be slept on. Aromatic smoke, cedar, limes, peaches, creosote, nutmeg, clove and camphor.

⚫ Whistle Pig Boss Hog XI - This year's release is WP's rye aged in Thandai casks (South Asian drink that has almonds, fennel seeds, watermelon kernels, rose petals, pepper, poppy seeds, cardamom, safferon, milk and sugar). You want to talk about a rollercoaster in the glass? This is it, perfect winter whiskey.

⚫ Yamazaki 12 Year - Back in stock. The flagship expression from the first true distillery in Japan.

⚫ Crown Royal Nobel Barley ED - Fancy Crown is back in stock. 85% unmalted and 15% malted barley. Spices, toasted oak, sweet caramel, creamy vanilla, green apple with a rounded finish.

⚫ Wild Turkey Private Select - This single barrel is a 'Distiller's Pick' ringing in at a whopping 101 proof. Limited quantities.

⚫ Jack Daniels Single Barrel - The 375ML has landed just in time for the holidays!

⚫ Don Julio Rosado - ALCTD picked this up because the nice-nice price we are able to rack this at. This expression of DJ is rested for 4 months in Ruby Port wine casks. Sweet dried fruits and caramel. You hate to love it.

⚫ Goose Island Bourbon County Original Stout - The 2024 expression has been aged in BT, HH, 4R and WT barrels for an average of 16 months. Fudge, vanilla and carmelized sugar. 14.7% ABV

⚫ Ceretto Moscato 375ML - Nice price splits for the sweet boys and girls out there.

⚫ Hickinbotham Trueman Cab Sauv 2018 - Our first big cab from down unda'. Ripe blackberries, bittersweet chocolate with hints of rose petals and wild sage. Balanced jammy notes, fresh acitity and velvety tannins.

⚫ Royal Salute 21 Year Miami Polo ED - 6th edition of the Royal Salute Polo Collection is here. The Royal Salute you know and love, finished in first-fill rye and first-fill bourbon casks. This is a first for the brand. Juicy ripe pears, vanilla, white chocolate, coconut, zesty lemon curds with the pop of gingerbread and suble rye spice. Sweet, silky, complex.

⚫ Johnnie Walker Blue Year of the Snake ED - Jame Jean at it again with an amazing bottle design to commemorate the upcoming Year of the Snake. The Blue Label you know and love; waves of pepper, hazelnuts, citrus fruits, vanilla, honey, luxuriously long smoky finish.

⚫ Longmorn 18 Year - Luxury Speyside Single Malt Scotch in a glass. The 2023 release at cask strength (57.6% ABV) is non chill-filtered. Toffee apples, apricots, tropical fruit, sweet milk chocolate. Took some work to get it to AK, but it's finally here.

⚫ Fighting C**k 6 Year Bourbon - KY Straight Bourbon bottled at 103 proof. The "kickin' chicken" is an OG in the South who's finally made it to Allocated. Turkey 101, the chicken is coming for you this season. Banana, vanilla, sweet heat, subtle pepper.

⚫ Evan Williams Single Barrel - Only vintage dated single barrel on the market. Current release is just above 8 Years. For the price, this expression from Heaven Hill is unbeatable. Dark caramel, sweet oak, honey, apple, oranges, lush spice.

⚫ Ardbeg 23 Year Vintage Y2K - A smoky anomaly. Ardbeg's inaugural release of the Y2K lineup, distilled at the turn of the century, aged for 23 years.

⚫ Redbreast 18 Year - The 18 year from Redbreast will be a permanent addition to the Redbreast lineup. All the flavor you know, with a little added maturity. Single Pot Still, matured in ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry, cream sherry and ruby port casks.

⚫ Elijah Craig 11 Year BP C924 - The latest batch from Elijah Craig. Does it live up to the hype C923 created? Decide for yourself.

⚫ Smoke Wagon 7 Year Alaska Single Barrel - This would mark the second barrel of Smoke Wagon bottled for AK. Mashbill is: 51c/39r/10mb. Bottled at 58.32% ABV. If you liked the prior AK SB, we think this one is better.

⚫ OKA Yuzu Vodka - Yuzu flavored Japanese vodka produced by the Tsutsumi Distillery. Bright, juicy yuzu on the nose precedes a vibrant, oily palate dialed in on yuzu peel with subtle notes of jasmine blossom and underripe mango.

⚫ Samuel Smith Yorkshire Stingo - A classic Oak Cask matured English Strong Ale with flavors of fruit, raisin, treacle, Christmas pudding, and finishing with a light oakiness. 8% ABV
