New York City. ❤️ A city I love so much that I recently designed a new staff shirt as a little ode to the Big Apple.⁣

…But wait, can we take a moment to appreciate these two incredible women wearing them, who I’m lucky enough to call both my staff and my friends? ❤️ If you know Syd and Jenny, tell us below because they deserve ALL the praise…⁣

Our new shirts are a nod to the iconic I ❤️ NY design and a city where so much of my w**e career unfolded.⁣
⁣
NYC gave me far more than a w**e education. It shaped my career, expanded my worldview, and taught me to appreciate the beauty of people from every walk of life. Different cultures, backgrounds, perspectives, and stories, all sharing the same sidewalks. The diversity, creativity, and energy of the city are unlike anywhere else in the world.⁣
⁣
Fittingly, I’m writing this from New York City right now where I am soaking in inspiration. Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing some of the people, places, food, beverages, and little details that catch my attention.⁣
⁣
Because as much as I love the energy of a big city, what I love even more is when I can bring that food, beverage and cultural inspiration home, and wrap it up in the small-town, Anaconda, Montana magic and heart. ❤️🍷 ⁣

🍪 TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13: Come in and order any food item from our new menu, and we’ll add 3 Swedish Nyåkers Gingersnaps to your plate for free. ⁣

If you haven’t tried these ridiculously addictive little cookies, consider this your introduction. They’re a nonnegotiable staple in my house every fall and holiday season.⁣

That means you can recreate a little Bighorn magic at home, including those famous Nyåkers cookies (although fair warning, keeping them stocked at home is a challenge).⁣

1. Taking the party outside — it was the most beautiful day. We had guests in the front patio, the back patio. Inside The Cellar Room and inside The Bighorn! ⁣

2. The newest addition to The Cellar Room: our bar, dressed up and ready for its first party.⁣

3. The stunning fall florals by Sāj Floral Studio . Every little detail was magic.⁣
⁣
4. The Velvet Hour transforming the space into a Jazz Brunch. ⁣

🥖 WE HAVE BREAD. REALLY, REALLY GOOD BREAD! ⁣

If you know me, you know I’ve had a slight (okay, not slight) obsession with Moo Moo’s Artisan Breads - Butte MT for the last couple of years ever since I met Zea at the Anaconda Community Market
⁣
So when we started dreaming up what belonged on the shelves of The Bighorn Pantry, adding her bread was an absolute no-brainer.⁣
⁣
And now…it’s HERE. 🙌⁣
⁣
But here’s the tricky thing about carrying incredible, freshly baked bread:⁣
⁣
It has a shelf life.⁣
⁣
Which means if you want us to keep bringing MooMoos to The Bighorn, we need you bread people to SHOW UP. 😂🥖 Have you had a chance to peak at our Pantry lately? If not, the time is now, or tomorrow, or Sunday! When you come in on Sunday for our Jazz Brunch Grand Opening of The Cellar Room, make a stop into the Bighorn as well. Check out our Pantry, pick up a loaf of bread as well as many other food delicacies. ⁣

Regarding the bread timing: We’re thinking about making Thursday our weekly bread day — fresh delivery every Thursday so you know exactly when to swing by and stock up.⁣
⁣
BUT…because we have 2 plain sourdough boules, 2 asiago sourdough boules, and 2 rosemary focaccia loaves that need a home, I’m going to send out the link in our stories now so our followers can snag them up. We will set them aside for you as you purchase them and then you have a guarantee to get yours! Stop in and pick it up from our staff when your schedule allows. ⁣
