Today, we want to pause and give a GIANT thanks to the hardworking men and women who make up this company. For decades, our team has been the heart of everything we do, faithfully showing up for our neighbors day after day, through every season.

As we look toward the future, these same incredible people continue to serve our communities with excellence, integrity, and genuine love. That heart and commitment to our neighbors will never change!

For 48 years, Pak A Sak has been blessed with the absolute best people, and George Saavedra is the perfect example of why the PAK team is so special!

Today we are celebrating George’s 17th anniversary with us! Since 2009, he has been our go-to guy at the Bell and Hyde drive through every Saturday and Sunday morning.
If you have ever stopped by on a weekend, you already know George. He is quick with a joke, brings the best energy to those early morning shifts, and knows our regulars so well that customers genuinely worry if he takes a rare weekend off. To top it off, his manager Mike still cannot remember him ever calling in sick or missing a single shift in 17 years. That kind of reliability is so rare and precious! 🙏

George, thank you for 17 years of hard work, laughs, and pure consistency. People like you are what make this company feel like family.

Today, we are celebrating a couple of incredible team members who have been with us for over 15 years!

First up is Derek West! As our Systems Manager, Derek brings incredible knowledge, reliability, and a willing heart to help wherever he is needed. 15 years with one company brings plenty of ups and downs, but through every season, Derek has remained a steady presence behind the scenes, keeping our systems running smoothly. We’re grateful for what he brings to our team everyday.

Mindy Larance started with us back on August 24th, 2006. Happy 20th anniversary to her!!! If you know Mindy, you know she is quiet and sweet, and she is absolute gold to have on your team. Mike, manager at our Bell and Hyde store, tells us all the time how grateful he is to have her there, and we completely get why.

There is something so special about the people who have basically grown up with Pak A Sak. Mindy has been here through most seasons of this company, the good days, the crazy busy ones, the hard shifts, and all the ups and downs in between. She has stayed steady through it all, and having people who choose to spend two decades of their life with your family business is something we will never take for granted.

Mindy, thank you for 20 years of being so faithful, kind, and reliable. We love you, we appreciate you, and Store 14 wouldn’t be the same without you!
