Sabbaba is fully stocked with fresh baked round Challahs, Babkas, Honey Cakes, Date Cookies and many more pastries to adorn your Holiday Table!

Our Deli Dept. is ready to serve you with our signature Braised Brisket, Roast Chickens, Potato, Sweet Noodle and Apple Kugels.

We also have Pastrami, Corned Beef, Turkey, Salami & Balogna freshly sliced for your holiday celebration.

We have Traditional Chicken and Matzah Ball Soup, Mushroom Barley Soup, Gefilte Fish, Chopped Liver spread, Herring and many salads and side dishes to compliment your holiday meals.

We are open Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Friday from 9:00 am - 1:30 pm

Sabbaba Kosher Catering had the pleasure of catering Congregation Ohev Shalom’s ‘Welcome Back’ Shabbat dinner this past Friday night,
August 14, 2026.

The theme and menu were New York Deli Style.

The Shabbat Dinner began with beautiful melodies welcoming in the Sabbath, followed by the blessing of one’s children, Kiddush blessings over the wine and the blessing of Hamotzi over the Challah bread.

We then opened up the soup station for everyone to enjoy our Chicken & Matzah Ball Soup. Many enjoyed seconds and even thirds. The matzah balls were perfect in texture and taste and the soup was authentic like Bubby used to make.

The main buffet was filled with Sabbaba’s very own, freshly prepared Pastrami, Corned Beef and assorted Turkey, accompanied by our home-made Coleslaw, Potato Salad and Pickles! Yes, we even brine with our own special pickle recipe.

We also served NY Potato Knishes like the ones served on the Hot Dog street carts in Manhattan.

Sabbaba’s Challah, Challah Rolls and soft authentic Jewish Rye was included on the spread with an assortment of condiments including Deli Mustard & Russian Dressing.

Sabbaba’s famous Chocolate Babka was served for dessert.

The Shabbat dinner was a raving success and everyone that attended, enjoyed a warm, inspiring and delicious evening.

We look forward to partnering with COS on future events and celebrations and hope you can all join us for the next upcoming event.
