Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fragrant sherry‑soaked raisins, dried fruit, honeyed nuts, subtle oak, a whisper of sea salt and spice
Palate: Smooth layers of raisin, nutmeg, apple & pear, baking spice, dark chocolate and leather, with a gentle tang of salt from coastal maturation.
Finish: Long and warming lingering dark fruit, spice, leather, cocoa and salt balanced with a refined dryness
This is Islay without peat. It’s deeply expressive, intentionally unpeated, letting sherry and salt work their magic — delivering a complex, elegant and richly layered dram that rewards slow sipping
