The cigar uses a shade-grown wrapper, specifically a Connecticut-seed leaf grown in Honduras’ Talanga Valley, the first time that leaf has been used in the brand’s portfolio, according to a press release. The rest of the to***co in the blend comes from Honduras as well, with a binder from the Jamastran region and fillers from Copan and Jamastran. The company says the profile starts with roasted nuttiness, transitions to earthiness and builds to incorporate hints of spice.
