We were lucky enough to secure 36 bottles of Booker’s Bourbon, one of the most sought-after bourbons out there and something we almost never see available in this quantity.
This is a small-batch, uncut, unfiltered, full barrel proof bourbon. This batch clocks in at 126.4 proof (63.2% ABV), meaning what’s in the bottle is exactly what came out of the barrel. Each release has its own unique proof and age, typically 6–8 years. This batch was aged 7 years 6 months, and every batch tastes a little different.
This release is Booker’s Bourbon “Phantom Pipes Batch” (2025-04), the fourth release of 2025. The name comes from a curious discovery of old pipes in the Jim Beam distillery that didn’t lead anywhere at all, a nod to Booker Noe’s constant experimentation and stubborn genius. The result is a bold, classic Booker’s character with rich notes of vanilla, oak, caramel, and spice.
