We are open from the start of August until Christmas, and roast New Mexico chile every day during the chile season. We have been serving the Albuquerque area since 1962, and are roasting chile for our 45th year. We have lots of chile products, such as chile ristras, powders, and more. We also carry a broad selection of local produce as it comes in season.

Fresh roasted chile like this is gone for the year, but we still have plenty of red and green roasted chile in our freezers and dried! From mild to ###-hot, we still have it. Our last day is Christmas Eve, so stock up while you can. We've got piñon, chicos, and a ton of different dried chile varieties too. Thanks Albuquerque for your support this 2024 Chile season! We are going to our Fall hours again, because the days are getting shorter. From here until Christmas Eve, we will be open every day from 10-4 pm! Keep us in mind when you need to get some New Mexican goodies this Thanksgiving and Christmas 😉

We're still roasting red and green Chile! We've already gotten our last Chile of the year, get yours ASAP or you will miss out. We have a bunch of chile in our freezers, and have all the dried red Chile pods, powders, piñon, chicos, and New Mexican goodness until Christmas this year! In case you want fresh Chile roasted, time is running out. The warm weather kept us roasting longer than usual this year, but that's come and gone. It's the end of the season, so if you want a full sack of roasted chile, the time to pick it up is now! We have both red and green left, and all flavors of green, but some heat levels are running very low.

The green chile cheeseburger from Burger Boy in Cedar Crest, just on the other side of the Sandia mountains from Albuquerque. This is arguably the best burger in the Albuquerque area, and definitely worth a trip up. As I spent a few years living in Cedar Crest when I was younger, the smiley face potatoes they have always have a bit of nostalgia, but I kept it simple with just a burger this time!
