It was established in 1972 by Emil Farina who was a small business owner/entrepreneur in the area. He then took on his Son Jerry Farina right out of High School, who now owns and operates the successful operation. Jerry’s Son, Anthony has also been a big help in the operation and has been involved, slowly learning the business hoping to follow in his Fathers footsteps and be the third generation.
