Talon Grind - Pastry Stout 12.8%
Pastry Stout with Congo Vanilla Beans, Colombia Gesha Coffee & Ecuador Cacao Nibs. Collaboration with Horus Aged Ales. The result is a velvety, indulgent stout where pastry-level richness meets origin-driven nuance—balanced, aromatic, and luxurious.

Coastal Slayer - West Coast Pilsner 5.7% ABV
Collaboration with MadeWest Brewing Company. Coastal Slayer is a razor-crisp West Coast Pils supercharged with a heavy hop barrage of Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo, Mosaic, and Motueka. This isn’t a subtle pils — it’s a high-velocity blast of hop expression riding on a clean, snappy malt base. Expect massive waves of tropical intensity from the Nectaron duo: dripping pineapple, passionfruit pulp, crushed stone fruit, and candy citrus. Mosaic brings its signature complex punch of cannabis notes and blueberry gushers, while Motueka slice’s through with bright lime zest, fresh-cut citrus, and herbal snap. The result: a hyper-aromatic West Coast hop storm anchored by a bone-dry finish and crackling bitterness.

After Midnight - Hazy IPA 7% ABV
After Midnight is a juicy, full-bodied Hazy IPA brewed with Citra and Superdelic hops, delivering a burst of tropical citrus, peach rings, and a hint of peach sorbet. Soft, pillowy, and dangerously smooth, this beer shines with bright flavor and a mischievous edge.
