We are down to 11 bags of dog food for Barb's Dog Rescue. We just need 11 folks heading down to help transport one bag each.

Just come on in and let our staff know you'd like to help out and they'll take care of ya.

Twenty three bags of dog food has just been dropped off for Barb's Dog Rescue!

The bags are tagged, numbered, and ready for transport. Just come on inside and let the staff know you’d like to transport a bag.

Friday vibes: feral but fabulous. Rockstar energy drink in one hand and weekend vibes in the other. Happy FriYay!!!!

Quick rundown of shenanigans for ya. There is no scheduled road work on the highways. Both 85 and 86 are clear with no accidents or incidents to mention. *knocks on wood*

This weekend’s weather is going to be sweet and pretty like it didn’t just try kill us a few days ago when it was 108 here. And we’re still on preheat. Just remember to stay hydrated!

At this moment we have zero bags of dog food for Barb's Dog Rescue. I will post when a new drop off comes in. I must say I really do appreciate those who took a bag down already and those calling or coming in to ask if we have any. Worry not little one, I’ll for sure post when more come in.

Last but not least, the POE closes at 10pm tonight and reopens at 6am.

We are all out of dog food for Barb's Dog Rescue! Arrangements are still being made on how to get the remaining 30 bags from a warehouse in Glendale to be brought here to our store.

If anyone is able to help get the 30 bags down here to us please reach out to Barb's Dog Rescue to let them know.

We finally have a date for the road work to start from Ajo to south of Why. I had previously pinned this info to the top...

We finally have a date for the road work to start from Ajo to south of Why.

I had previously pinned this info to the top of our page in 2024 and put out a reminder since.

Starting on May 26, road work will begin in Ajo on Elota Ave (SR85 MP 42) and as the weeks progress road work will end at SR85 MP 60 south of Why.

Days they’ll be working will be Monday-Friday from 6am to 8pm with an anticipated end date of January 29, 2027.

Lanes will be alternating.

Good morning friends!

We have seven bags of dog food left for Barb's Dog Rescue. We're patiently waiting for the remaining thirty or so bags that's still being held up in Glendale.

Traffic this A.M. has been steady. The accident/incident that happened at 8:30am at MP72 had been cancelled and cleared so at this moment there are no other accidents/incidents to mention.

If you plan to travel through Ajo tomorrow (Thursday May 14) there will be road work on 85 near Rasmussen Road (MP41). It'll be single lane traffic with alternating directions. There will be flaggers so please plan accordingly and expect delays. This appears to be a one day thing, starting at 6am.

Heads up folks! There’s an accident that happened down on 85 at MP72. One vehicle.

Emergency personnel just went through Why heading south.

Please do not block the road! And please move over when you see the emergency lights, don’t keep driving. Pull over.

I beg thy finest pardon for the later than usual post but I just wanted to mention that we have 8 bags of dog food left for Barb's Dog Rescue.

There’s still roughly 30 bags up in the city that needs to be brought down here to our store. Barb’s Dog Rescue is hoping someone can help out with that.
