ปีนี้อากาศค่อนข้างร้อนจึงเก็บเกี่ยวองุ่นเร็วกว่าปรกติดูจากสีน้ำองุ่นเข้มมาก แน่นอนว่าต้องดีเยี่ยมราคาเดิม

ไวน์น้องใหม่มาแรง คนปรุงไวน รุ่นที่16 cheer !!👍🇫🇷🇹🇭 Château Lurra
The nose is aromatic and offers density and precision. It expresses notes of fresh ripe black fruits (black cherry, blackcurrant, black plum), juicy red fruits (wild strawberry, raspberry, red cherry), accompanied by a pleasant sweetness of sweet spices (cinnamon, vanilla), dark chocolate and prunes (in the background), as well as fresh touches of eucalyptus and peppermint and a subtle floral side (violet, rose petals). On the palate, the wine offers roundness and beautiful concentration. It expresses notes of ripe and juicy, but not overripe, fruit (black cherry, black plum, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry), accompanied by touches of blackcurrant jam, mint chocolate and fine spicy and roasted notes (cinnamon, vanilla). toasted, a touch of sweet coffee and hazelnut). The tannins are powerful, grippy, but with a fine texture. The finish is persistent, with notes of fresh blackcurrant and lively acidity. A wine with concentration, energy and a well-built structure. Very good potential.

เมื่อดื่มครั้งแรก ก็ประทับใจ ตาม ประสาคนชอบ บอดี้ ที่สมส่วน ภาษาอิสานว่านัว

This cru comes from a family property of 11 hectares in the heart of the
town of Lalande-de-Pomerol.
Château La Croix des Moines benefits from a classy vinification where
the generosity and power of the Merlot are expressed by a typical and
floral wine that is regularly charming.
Raised according to the tradition dear to my family, its very fine
woodiness blends with the aromas without dominating them.
You will taste it with pleasure on red or white meats, game birds, light

tasting by our cellar master:
The dress is a deep red color, very strong. The nose is fresh, greedy,
with notes of intense red fruits. Slightly brioche, vanilla notes brought
by a well-balanced oak. It is characterized by its finesse and its very
present fruitiness.
The mouth is round, ample and fleshy. We find the aromatic whole
with a nice balance on the tannins. They will be present while keeping
their silky side.
The whole is very harmonious, greedy, with a woody present, melted
and without harshness.

L'Ambroisie is produced on a 2-Ha vineyard planted by my great
grandfather 60 years ago. The wine grows on an exceptional hilly terroir
with a highly complex gravelly soil. Consisting of 100% Merlot and
produced with a very low yield per Ha, this wine is the perfect expression
of the outstanding result that can be obtained with Merlot on the right
bank: beautiful maturity, concentration and finesse.
This wine with a non-conspicuous labelling and referring to the favorite
drink of the ancient Greek Gods is especially dedicated for highly refined
connoisseur.
TASTING BY OUR CELLAR MASTER:
The color is deep, purplish red. The nose is rich, delicious, fresh, with
creamy notes of ripe red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, etc.). Nice
complexity, with a melted and fine woodiness. The mouth, nice velvet
touch. Nice balance combining smoothness, richness and beautiful
progressive length. The woodiness mingles with the aromatic complexity
with silky and delicate tannins.

Lalande De Pomerol เป็นดินแดนที่ติดกับดินแดนที่แพงที่สุดทางฝั่งขวาของบอร์กโดซ์ฝั่งขวา
Vignoles Jean-Louis Trocard ใส่ใจในการทำไวน์ตั้งแต่ปลูกเก็บเกี่ยวหมักและปรุงจนมาเป็นที่รสชาติที่ดีและเหมาะสมกับอาหารไทยมากด้วยความที่เป็น ไร่ที่เก่าแก่รวมทั่วต้นองุ่นจนทำให้ได้ไวน์แดงที่มีรสชาตินุ่มลึกกลิ่นที่แตกต่างเมื่อคุณยิ่งใช้เวลากับมันยิ่งได้กลิ่นและรสชาติที่แตกต่างไปด้วย จากไร่ซึ่งสืบทอดมากว่า 400 ปี ด้วยสไตล์ของ Blend แบบบอร์กโดซ์ สไตล์ที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ การใส่ใจสร้างสรรค์ผลิตไวน์ออกมา จึงค่อนข้างจำกัดจำนวนเพราะยังใช้มือเก็บเกี่ยวใช้แรงงานคนท้องถิ่นเป็นหลัก ในการปลูกจนกระทั่ง เก็บเกี่ยว ตลอดจนการปรับปรุง วิวัฒนาการมาตลอด เข้ากับยุคสมัย ใหม่ ปรับสภาพ ไวน์ อย่างเข้าใจ แบบละเอียดถี่ยิบ เพื่อคงความเป็นองุ่นสดอย่างแท้จริง ข้าพเจ้า หลงรักตั้งแต่ดื่มครั้งแรก จึงเดินทางเพื่อเรียนรู้ ความแตกต่างของ ไวน์ ที่มีชื่อเสียง และราคาแพง ซึ่งต้องใช้เวลานาน กว่าจะเจอไร่นี้ ความแตกต่างด้านราคา ค่อนข้างเยอะมาก เมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพที่ใกล้เคียงของไร่นี้
