Oh dear, how lucky we are. Our recently project are designing, developing and machining an utterly a number of camera gears, indeed, all customed for the Pro who actually know what it should be or what they actually want and which one they actually need.

Tremendous of passion- interm of photography, filming and all sorts of millions things have been blended together.

As a Design Director of Minimal Rhythm. Some frozen DNA have been awoken to level up to maximum of how human being could be fresh.

Whew ... Back to the Kino again.

Designing , Developing (yes, some not all) almost done and about to ready to the whirlpool of make it become reality, machining the tought materials, the lightest materials n the pieces of parts that hard to believe that be real.

Cut at 7000+++mm/min seem to not that fast like a number shown.

The tool holder is crucial for such feed rate, an accuracy and things.

Look familiar of this legend Japanese tool holder.

How long we haven't seen a simple yet stylish tool path like this...

I tailor this code to not do any sort of fancy technic or cutting strategies. Make it an absolute circle, simple as it could be n it should be.

Baby ...push the limit by well calculated, all feed , vf, ap, ae, sfm are carefully calculated and stimulate.

Spindle speed; 14000 rpm

G1(cutting feedrate): 9000mm / min

The HASS time, let the 4NKT060308 & 3 Flute rainbow colour which FK toolling gave me to test... One with 0.8R while the 3F 10mm Alu endmill.cut the edge square...

This HASS... Didn't aim to push it harder....rather, work to gether...

Fixture , show it's powerfull tech for a mass production.

This one should be the true Behind The Scene , the vast majority of editing result are the so-called "Behind -our minimal team" . Just a few shoots which reveal who actually are...

Brilliant!!!

One tiny huge matter i learned is... when the tide of production run came to stage that we have to deal with... Images, filming ,capture the particular moments.... are nothing...

We keep focus, push the limit and expect a greater result...

look artistry , look popularly, look scholarly... personally, they'd agreed and no argue against that such a precious pieces of Teak are gorgeous.

We prep the stock to size before machining to a simple geometric form , the simple form that Human being can not shape it by hand...and so, i picked that utterly simple geometric figure become my main figure of this particular design task... and dive deep to the substrata level of design to have a resolve rhythm like the rhythm of Minimal Rhythm.

It might be the most popular button for the project. ~When the clock its ticking, the brain is somewhat fresh for a engage the software for a wisely n proper CAM...

We deployed a numbers of tool holders and cutters to deal with our task, our ultimate goal, our passion.

As you may know , the right recipe of cutting variety of materials never come easily. Even full of skill or lack of skill, in order to deal with the 120+year old Teak and Stainless Steel, The variety of Aluminum alloy (6063 & 5083) , even the code number is the same but it really not the same... The preproduction is the only way to reach the ultimate goal which our client expect from us... "

ah.."depend on you" this phase is never get the job done easier or accomplish faster than usual...our shoulder were full of our client expectation , the standard that we, ourself agreed"nothing less than perfection"... the loud and crystal clear soul of our studio identity...

getting the superb recipe never come at a few try...trust me...

if you want to serve the best to you client and fulfill your soul...

find it...try it...test it... touch it...push its limit... then... the proper recipe will occur ...

HIT!! "Run the Code".... for the particular session...Hit it with out any hesitations, of course, we, indeed, spend a numbers of tool unclamp, tool clamp, code testing , code amending....

At the end of the day... only you..who could actually answer the question....that is awesome finishing surface...how to code? how to run furiously but landing such a smooth?...it is, indeed, the awesomeness of run the machine on a right and /or proper recipe...

Don't trust me!!!
