💝 | HERstory Maker: Celebrating International Women’s Day 2026
🌏 เนื่องในวันสตรีสากลที่ผ่านมา สมาคมธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมแห่งประเทศไทย ได้ร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงาน พื้นที่ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้หญิงจากหลากหลายสาขาได้ร่วมแบ่งปันมุมมอง ประสบการณ์ และพลังในการขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางธุรกิจ สังคม และเศรษฐกิจอย่างยั่งยืน
🎤 หนึ่งในช่วงที่สร้างแรงบันดาลใจคือเวที Inspiring Sparks – Diversity is Power ที่สะท้อนว่าความหลากหลายของประสบการณ์ชีวิต สามารถกลายเป็นพลังสำคัญของการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้จริง
✨ บนเวทีนี้คุณยุจเรศ สมนา จาก De Quarr ธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมจากจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ได้แบ่งปันเส้นทางชีวิตที่เริ่มจากการตั้งใจเรียนและทำงานไปพร้อมกันในวัยเด็ก เพื่อพิสูจน์คุณค่าของตนเอง จนค้นพบว่าศิลปะคือพื้นที่ที่ทำให้ทุกคนยืนอยู่บนความเท่าเทียมได้
🌏 ประสบการณ์การทำงานในประเทศญี่ปุ่น ทำให้เห็นแนวคิดการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ และการให้คุณค่ากับงานหัตถศิลป์และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น จนตัดสินใจกลับมาที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อทำงานร่วมกับชุมชน
🧵 เมื่อเห็นสินค้าหัตถกรรมต้องแข่งขันกันด้วยราคาที่ต่ำลงเรื่อย ๆ จึงตั้งคำถามว่า เหตุใดงานที่สะท้อนภูมิปัญญาและตัวตนของชุมชน จึงถูกลดทอนคุณค่าด้วยการแข่งขันลดราคา คำถามนี้จึงนำไปสู่การก่อตั้ง De Quarr ธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมที่ทำงานร่วมกับชุมชน เพื่อยกระดับคุณค่าของงานคราฟต์ไทย ให้ผู้ผลิตสามารถขายผลงานได้อย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี และให้ผู้บริโภคได้ภูมิใจที่ได้สนับสนุนสินค้าที่มีคุณค่า
💡 สะท้อนมุมมองสำคัญว่าธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมไม่ใช่เพียงการเปลี่ยนราคาของสินค้า แต่คือการเปลี่ยนวิธีมองคุณค่าของมันใหม่ ความมั่งคั่งที่แท้จริงจึงไม่ใช่เพียงรายได้ แต่คือการเรียนรู้ที่จะให้คุณค่ากับตัวเอง และส่งต่อคุณค่านั้นให้ผู้อื่นได้ภูมิใจในสิ่งที่ตนเองเป็น
💖 De Quarr ยังกล่าวขอบคุณแม่ ๆ ช่างทอผ้าที่ร่วมเดินทางมาด้วยกัน เพราะชัยชนะในวันนี้ไม่ใช่เพียงความสำเร็จทางธุรกิจ แต่คือชัยชนะของศักดิ์ศรี และความยากจนไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นชะตากรรม หากสามารถกลายเป็นพลังที่ผลักดันให้ผู้คนลุกขึ้นสร้างอนาคตของตนเองได้
🌸 เรื่องราวนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าผู้หญิงธรรมดาคนหนึ่งก็สามารถสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้กับสังคมได้ พร้อมทิ้งคำถามสำคัญไว้ว่า ประเทศไทยพร้อมหรือยังที่จะสนับสนุนธุรกิจที่สะท้อนคุณค่าและศักยภาพของผู้หญิงธรรมดาให้ได้เปล่งประกายอย่างแท้จริง

🌏 On the occasion of International Women’s Day, SE Thailand took part in , a platform that opened space for women from diverse fields to share perspectives, experiences, and the power to drive change across business, society, and the sustainable economy
🎤 One of the most inspiring moments was the Inspiring Sparks – Diversity is Power stage, reflecting how diversity of life experiences can truly become a powerful force for change
✨ On this stage, Ms. Yujaret Somna from De Quarr, a social enterprise from Chiang Mai, shared her life journey that began with determination to study and work at a young age to prove her self-worth, until discovering that art is a space where everyone can stand equally
🌏 Her working experience in Japan revealed structured ways of working and a deep respect for craftsmanship and local wisdom, leading her decision to return to Chiang Mai to work alongside communities
🧵 When she saw handicraft products forced to compete through continuously lowering prices, she questioned why work that reflects the wisdom and identity of communities is devalued through price competition, and this question led to the founding of De Quarr, a social enterprise working with communities to elevate the value of Thai craftsmanship, enabling makers to sell their work with dignity and allowing consumers to feel proud of supporting meaningful products
💡 This reflects a critical perspective that social enterprise is not only about changing the price of products, but about redefining how value is perceived, where true wealth is not only income, but the ability to recognize one’s own worth and pass that value on for others to take pride in who they are
💖 De Quarr also expressed gratitude to the weaving mothers who have walked this journey together, because today’s victory is not only business success, but a victory of dignity, and poverty does not have to be destiny, but can become a force that empowers people to rise and shape their own future
🌸 This story reflects that an ordinary woman can create meaningful change in society, while leaving an important question: is Thailand ready to support businesses that reflect the value and potential of ordinary women to truly shine
