sg - Afternoon session
Mangkuk means bowl in malay. A bowl can be filled with anything tasty and imaginable, rice, noodles, aromatic rendang, juicy chicken cutlet, and more. Suri, the cook behind mangkuk, has been experimenting since the idea popped in her head during Covid-19 lockdown in 2020 and will be dishing up bowls and curry puffs this Saturday.
