On March 19th, our team members Ota & Hasebe had the pleasure of giving a guest lecture on Japanese food & culture at NUS! 🎓✨

After an insightful talk by Professor Ishii on the history of rice and sake, Hasebe introduced the sake-making process 🍶, using real koji samples to bring the story to life! 🌾

Ota then explored the deep connection between sake and local communities 🏯, sharing interesting case studies from breweries, prefectures, and sake shops.

We hope this session sparked the students' curiosity and inspired them to dive deeper into the world of sake & Japanese culture! 🥂✨
