A Burgundy story of transmission.

Domaine traces its roots to the historic Jayer-Gilles estate — part of the wider Jayer family lineage that shaped modern Burgundy.

In 2017, a new chapter began. After several years working alongside Gilles Jayer, Alexandre Vernet took over the winemaking from the 2017 vintage, ensuring a seamless transition following Jayer’s passing in 2018.

Today, the estate has evolved toward a more precise and terroir-driven expression — wines defined by purity, freshness, and clarity of fruit.
