Let the long weekend begin! 🤩 We are happy announce that we will be open on June 9! See you here! With pastries, bread, sweets, coffee, ice cream! And FOOD! Our kitchen will be open for this special Monday!

And starting next week, it will be open every day! 😍

Hey GG friends! It’s Gigi here with a big bite of news: 🤤

We’ve got a new burger in town — and it’s living inside a New York roll. Yup, that flaky, croissant-style pastry you already love.

We’re calling it the New York Roll Burger.
Made with juicy meat from a local producer we really trust (they know their stuff), plus our homemade secret sauce. It’s messy, buttery, and kind of addictive. 🍔😍😍

Come try it at GG Flambée.
No forks needed. Just good vibes and napkins.

Come by for fresh bread, flaky pastries, flavored coffee and moral support—we’re open from 08:00 to 14:30 on May 1st and 2nd.
