🥢 Sushi may not be refrigerated until NY Eve. Left overs after celebration may be refrigerated for 2hours and still enjoy the same quality the following day. Just cover sushi to maintain texture of the sushi rice.

🥢 For the J*panese Kani Salad, we encourage to refrigerate to maintain crispness of veggies. Nevertheless, you may prefer to not refrigerate it and still enjoy the salad at NY Eve.

Good evening, our valued customers. It may be long overdue but we would like to apologize for not catering your orders for J*panese Kani Salad, Mihocheese Flautas and Wings. Some ingredients of the flautas are short/unavailable in the market while for the wings, we were only able to cater those ordered in advance and only during weekends. Everyday has been extra challenging without caretakers of our children who both go to school 5 days a week at different schools and schedules. There's only my husband and I to look after them and we still have to go to work, so medyo nag-lielow po sa kitchen. Nevertheless, thank you po for your continued support. Even without frequent advertising, random orders were still coming especially for our sushi (California Maki and Maki rolls) which according to our loyal customers, ibang iba talaga ang quality ng sushi rice and sarap ng sushi. Hello po to our valued customers. We are using lighter colored ebiko lately coz yun lang po available sa store/supplier last time. So our California Maki kinda looked paler than the usual. Rest assured that we use the same quantity and quality of ingredients. We did not increase our prices but we did not sacrifice the taste and quality po. Thank you for your continued support.
