🐟 What is Tinapa?
A staple in Filipino households, Tinapa is fish (usually milkfish or round scad) that has been cured with brine and then smoke-dried. This age-old preservation technique gives the fish its distinct golden-brown skin and a rich, woody aroma that makes it irresistible—especially when paired with the creamy, salty kick of a red egg!
