Illegal Drug Suspect Arrested in a Buy-Bust Operation

Malabang, Lanao del Sur - On August 21, 2024, personnel from 41SAC, 4SAB of SAF provided tactical support to the elements of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Regional Special Enforcement Team, BARMM as lead unit and other PNP units during the conduct of Buy-Bust operation against alias Abdul conducted in Brgy. Bacayawan, Malabang, Lanao del Sur.

Seized during the operation were one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing more or less 500 grams of white crystalline substance suspected to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) with estimated market value of PhP3,400,000.00; seven bundles of boodle money with one genuine one-thousand-peso bill on top; one android phone; and assorted identification cards.

Malabang MPS took custody of the arrested suspect and seized items for documentation and proper disposition.

The successful operation is a manifestation of strong commitment and support of SAF to other law enforcement agencies in the maintenance of peace and order in the region.

Top 3 Regional Level Most Wanted Person of PRO 5 Arrested

Albay – On September 1, 2024, personnel from 93SAC, 9SAB of SAF together with the elements of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, Albay PFU as lead unit successfully arrested alias Anthony during joint law enforcement operation conducted in Brgy. Hacienda San Miguel Island, Tabaco City, Albay.

The suspect is a Top 3 Regional Level Most Wanted Person of PRO 5. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Murder under Criminal Case No. T-9554 dated August 13, 2024, issued by Family Court Branch 3, 5th Judicial Region, Tabaco City, Albay.

CIDG Albay, PFU took custody of the arrested suspect for documentation and proper disposition.

The successful operation is a manifestation of strong commitment of SAF and other law enforcement agencies in the maintenance of peace and order in the region.

Suspect Arrested and Illegal Fi****ms and Ammunition Seized in Albay

Ligao City, Albay – On September 3, 2024, personnel from 93SAC, 9SAB of SAF together with the elements of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, Albay PFU as lead unit and other PNP units successfully arrested alias Noni during joint law enforcement operation conducted in Brgy. Catburawan, Ligao City, Albay.

The suspect was arrested during the implementation of Search Warrant No. ICB2024-13 dated August 29, 2024 for violation of R.A. 10591 (Comprehensive Fi****ms and Ammunition Regulation Act) issued by Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, 5th Judicial Region, Ligao City, Albay. Seized during the operation were one caliber .38 revolver, one caliber .45 C**T pistol, two steel magazines for caliber .45 pistol, four rounds of ammunition for caliber .38, and eight rounds of ammunition for caliber .45.

CIDG Albay PFU took custody of the arrested suspect and seized items for documentation and proper disposition.

The operation highlights the effective strategy of the PNP SAF and other law enforcement agencies in promoting peace and order in the region.
