The Cart Lab’s Dimsum Bar was truly a hit, serving crowd favorites like pork siumai, fried sharksfin, ube pao, and red mongo buchi — perfectly paired with fried tikoy, fortune cookies, and fresh oranges symbolizing luck and abundance. The Filipino Chinese community warmly embraced our dimsum bar, and seeing everyone enjoy the experience was such a joy for our team.
