KSU BSA students on practicum at QRS Farms, continue to process the Excelsa coffee that they previously harvested. Last week they did selective harvesting, learned how to check ripeness of the cherries, then manually sorted overripe/dried and unripe cherries from optimally ripe cherries then separated reject cherries by floatation. We then left the cherries to ferment over the weekend and did the pulping and drying by Monday.

We are now accepting ENROLEES for COFFEE PRODUCTION LEVEL II under the Private Education Student Financial Assistance (PESFA).

Eligibility Requirements:
✔️ Must be a Filipino citizen
✔️ At least high school graduate/completer
