2021 Toyota Vios SPAL brushless fan installation

REASON FOR BUYING
Naka ilan pacheck up na sya pero sinasabi sakanya okay yung aircon nya and walang problem pero naghihilaw sa tanghali and hirap lumamig pag nabilad. Na flushing na, refill ng freon, at okay yung bomba ng compressor pero ganun parin yung problema nya, hilaw. Kaya nung nakita nya tayo and sabi namin wala syang aircon system problem kundi airflow volume problem meron sya. Kulang yung airflow na nakukuha ng condenser kaya nagooverheat nh sobra tumataas pressure tapos maghihilaw sa tanghali lalo na if naka idle or galing bilad. Kaya sabi namin try nya yung SPAL brushless fan kasi if may malakas ka na fan sa condenser para ka nang umaandar din kahit naka hinto kasi ang lakas ng airflow volume ng SPAL. Here we are.

BEFORE INSTALLATION
1187 cfm - 14" stock radiator fan
8.4°c - aircon temperature

AFTER INSTALLATION
1400 cfm - 14" stock radiator fan
1985 cfm - 12" SPAL brushless fan
6.3°c - aircon temperature

WHAT WE DID
Naglagay kami ng SPAL brushless fan infront. 1985 cfm yun at 100% static pressure meaning nakasampal na sya sa condenser nung kinuhanan namin ng airflow volumw reading. And dahil sa lumakas yung total airflow volume capacity nung Vios from 1187 cfm to 3385 cfm (combined airflow volume ng SPAL and stock rad fan) eh lumamig din yung aircon temperature from 8.3°c to 6.3°c.
A 2°c drop tapos kulang pa yung freon neto. Kaya after madagdagan mas lalamig pa. Isipin mo yung 2°c drop na yun sobrang ramdam mo yun, yun yung tutusok na lamig nung aircon mo tapos hindi na maghigh pressure yung condenser.

Sobrang satisfied ni client sa result kasi napalamig natin yung hindi mapalamig ng ilan aircon shop na pinuntahan nya. Hindi na daw naghihilaw sa tanghali at traffic tapos ang bilis pa lumamig if galing sa bilad yung oto.

2019 Subaru Forester dual SPAL brushless rad fan

Reason for buying
Humihilaw aircon ng oto and pati performance ng oto lumalata na nadadamay na yung intercooler. Sobrang init din ng engine bay ambient temperature and gusto ni client lumamig yung coolant and oil temperature at di na maghilaw aircon kasi eto daw yung bonding car nila ng apo nya. Sabi namin a dual SPAL brushless fan will fix that and maglalagay kami ng temperature based PWM fan controller para mas maaga mag-ON yung fans. Kaya here we are

Before installation
905 cfm - 13" stock rad fan
976 cfm - 13" stock rad fan
7.0°c aircon temperature
93°c oil temperature

After installation
1401 cfm - 12" SPAL brushless fan
1415 cfm - 12" SPAL brushless fan
2.1°c aircon temperature
86°c oil temperature

What we did
Naglagay kami ng dual SPAL brushless fan in a custom aluminum radiator shroud with temperature based PWM fan controller para mas maaga natin ma-ON yung fan kasi yung oem signal is sa 96°c pa mag engage. Since we can control when the dual SPAL brushless fans will engage, mas inagahan natin para mas mamanage yung temperature. Kaya bumaba yung oil temperature from 93°c to 86°c. Tapos mas lumamig yung aircon from 7.0°c to 2.1°c wtf diba? Sobrang lumamig aircon as in! Haha Gumastos lang si client pero nasolve natin yung problem nya sa heat since nabili nya yung oto 7 yrs ago.
