The Education Development Services is pleased to announce the opening of applications for its Scholarship Program for ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ for the academic year 2025-2026. This scholarship aims to support deserving students in pursuing higher education.
The program is open to all qualified applicants, with priority given to graduating Senior High School students and currently enrolled College students who are in their 1st or 2nd year of study. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply and take advantage of this opportunity to receive assistance for their education.

1. Application letter addressed to Hon. Santiago B. Cane, Jr. with signature of applicant
2. Application form (version 2025) duly filled out with 2x2 ID picture

3. Barangay certificate of residency indicating the number of years of residency (photocopy)
4. Certificate of Indigency with proof of income (photocopy)
Proof of income could be:

5. ๐๐ก๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐๐ซ๐ (with complete grades from 1st to 2nd semester) if applicant is currently a senior high school graduate or ๐๐ก๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐ฌ of the previously enrolled semester if the applicant is currently a college student.
The report card or the certificate of grades must indicate the General Weighted Average (GWA) with minimum grade requirement of:
โข Full Blooded IP- at least 80%
โข Non-IP & BS Nursing- at least 85%
โข Persons with disability (PWD)- at least 80%

-Original copy of the certification from the Barangay and Municipal Tribal Chieftain that the applicant is full blooded IP
๏ PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (PWD)
-Original copy of Medical Certification from any government hospital or health care unit
-Certification from the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO)
-Authenticated Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
๏ง Minimum age requirement: must not be over 30 years old at the time of application
๏ BS NURSING
-Authenticated Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
๏ง Minimum age requirement: must not be over 18 years old at the time of application at the time of application
