Our milktea shop is looking for a Female Shop Staff Member to join our team.
📌 ROLE
The selected candidate will support daily shop operations, assist customers, prepare and serve products, maintain cleanliness, and work collaboratively with the team.
📌 QUALIFICATIONS
• Female, 20–30 years old
• Friendly, approachable, and hardworking
• Customer-service oriented
• Willing to learn
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Able to work well with a team
• With or without prior experience; training may be provided
• Residents of New Cabalan Only
✅ BENEFITS
• Basic salary
• Daily quota bonus
• Grocery benefit every 15th day upon reaching the applicable quota
• One sack of rice every 30th day upon reaching the applicable quota
• 13th-month pay, subject to applicable law and eligibility requirements
• One cup of milktea per day
