How we work and our business policy :

1. File Submission Policy

Acceptable formats: PDF, PNG, AI, PSD (CMYK, 300 DPI recommended)

Bleed and trim guides must be included

Revisions may be charged after 2 rounds

2. Payment Terms

50% down payment before processing

Full payment is required before pick-up or delivery

Payments via GCash, BDO, BPI, or cash are accepted

3. Turnaround Time

Standard processing: 3-5 business days

Rush orders are subject to approval and an extra charge

Delays caused by file issues or incomplete information are not counted in production time

4. Proofing & Approval

A digital mockup/proof will be sent before printing

Once approved, the client waives the right to claim design errors

No reprints/refunds for approved files with client errors

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours may be allowed

No refunds once production starts

Defective items must be returned within 3 days for review

6. Shipping & Pickup

Clients may choose Lalamove, Grab, or local pickup

Shipping fee shouldered by the client unless a promo applies

Damage during delivery is not the printer’s liability unless insured

7. Data & Confidentiality

All designs remain confidential and will not be reused without the client's consent

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of the designer unless bought out

8. Purchase Orders & Deliveries

All orders must be supported by P.O. or email confirmation

9. Quality Assurance

Materials should meet agreed specs (GSM, print compatibility, etc.)

Returns will be accepted if there’s a defect, mismatch, or damage
