Behind each label is an artwork by Georgina Hart, followed by a short description of the wine, to highlight its flavors. Interestingly enough, each wine is named after the artwork itself. 🎨

Sake rice, also known as sakamai, is different from table rice. The grains of sake rice are a bit larger than those of table rice and processing rice. 🍶

Each grain has a milky white core called 'shimpaku,' which is the main ingredient in making sake.

Here's a sneak peek of what we'll be featuring at this year's Wine Crawl 👀

Hailing from McLaren Vale in Southern Australia, Dandelion Vineyards was named after the plant that flowers through different regions of the owners' vineyards.

The dandelion seeds are called "wishing clocks" wherein blowing them is like making a wish for a good season or a good harvest. This inspired the name of one of their wines "Wishing Clock of the Adelaide Hills".
