Set up a blind tasting for Shangri-la 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Rongzhong Village China. We placed the decanted wine from China into a wine bottle from Bordeaux, a 2010 Ch. Malescot St. Exupery.

Everybody was so impressed of the wine and even called it WOTN among other Bordeaux wines we were tasting.

No wonder these wines from China has been getting hi ratings and hi praises, even from JS himself.

So glad to have tried these wines on our trip to HK and even happier to have bought some for ageing. Good learning and had a good wine Sunday 🙂😋

Our selections come from the private cellars of several wine enthusiasts who are willing to give up and sell a few good bottles of wine from their collection. Most of our selections will be Grand Cru Classe from Bordeaux, France and Super Tuscans from Tuscany, Italy. We can provide a reliable wine service such as valuable insights on our wine offerings and recommending a wine for for your special occasion or food to pair with the wine/s you chose from our selection. Decanting services can also be arranged for an old vintage or if you would like us to decant the wine for you prior to delivery, so that you may already enjoy the wine at it’s peak at the time of your meal or occasion.
