Calming Sensory bottles for little minds. 🤓
🧪Materials:
1. Empty plastic bottles (water or soda bottles work well)
2. Water
3. Oil (baby oil, vegetable oil, or coconut oil)
4. Glitter, beads, rice, sand, or other small objects
5. Food coloring
6. Glycerin (optional)
7. Super Glue (for sealing)
📋Instructions:
1. Choose a theme: Decide on a theme for your sensory bottle, such as ocean, space, or forest.
2. Clean the bottle: Wash the bottle thoroughly and dry it completely.
3. Add water and oil: Fill the bottle about 1/4 full with water and add a few drops of food coloring. Then, add oil to fill the bottle about 2/3 full.
4. Add objects: Add glitter, beads, rice, sand, or other small objects to the bottle.
5. Add glycerin (optional): Add a few drops of glycerin to slow down the movement of the objects.
6. Seal the bottle: Use Super Glue to seal the bottle tightly.
7. Shake and enjoy: Shake the bottle gently to create a mesmerizing effect.
