The Siargao Mixology & Flair Bartending Competition 2026 is bringing together talent, creativity, and passion for the art of bartending!

We are proud to introduce our distinguished panel of judges:

Jessey Qi – Founder & Bar Manager of Last Chance Siargao, bringing expertise in American-style cocktails with Filipino influences.

Paolo Layao – Philippine Flair Tour Founder, Bar Trainer, and Beverage Innovations Specialist, with extensive experience in bartending competitions and flair.

Jimmy Munsayac – Brand Ambassador of Distilleria Limtuaco & Co., Inc., bringing industry knowledge and spirits expertise to the competition.

With their experience and passion for the craft, our judges will help recognize the next level of excellence in mixology and flair bartending.
