⚠️ OFFICIAL NOTICE — PAYMENT FRAUD
We recently encountered a transaction in which a payment screenshot was presented as proof of payment, but verification of our official account showed that the payment had not been received.
Our business takes fraudulent payment attempts seriously.
We have preserved the relevant CCTV footage, transaction records, and payment information as evidence. These records may be submitted to the proper authorities for investigation and appropriate legal action.
We strongly remind everyone:
❌ Do not present fake or altered payment confirmations.
❌ Do not assume that a screenshot means payment has been received.
✅ Always wait for our staff to verify the actual payment in our official account.
Please be advised: If fraudulent activity involving our business is confirmed, we reserve the right to pursue the appropriate legal remedies and cooperate fully with authorities.
The purpose of this notice is to protect our business, our customers, and other businesses from similar incidents.
