Secret Uses Of Styrofoam That Billions Of People Don't Know! Even If You're 50, You Should Know

1. DIY Super Glue Filler (Plastic Repair Hack!)
Dissolve Styrofoam in acetone to create a strong adhesive paste that can repair plastic, fill cracks, and even mold into shapes. Once dried, it hardens like plastic!
2. Ultra-Lightweight Concrete (Stronger Than You Think!)
Crush Styrofoam into tiny pieces and mix it with cement and sand to create lightweight, insulated concrete for DIY construction projects. Used in soundproofing and insulation!
3. Fire Starter for Camping or Emergencies
Styrofoam + gasoline = a DIY version of Na**lm (handle with caution!). It creates a long-lasting fire starter for camping or survival situations.
4. Insulation for Homes, Pipes, and Even Coolers
Styrofoam is an excellent thermal insulator. Cut and use it inside walls, around pipes, or in homemade coolers to keep items hot or cold for hours.
5. Make Floating Planters or Hydroponics Systems
Cut into small platforms and use it to grow plants on water! This is great for hydroponics and aquaponics setups.

Styrofoam absorbs sound waves, making it a cheap and effective way to soundproof a room or recording studio.
7. Recycled Fuel (Turns Into Diesel!)
When broken down in orange oil or special solvents, Styrofoam can be turned into liquid fuel that can work in certain diesel engines!
8. DIY Packing Peanuts for Shipping
Instead of throwing Styrofoam away, break it into small pieces and reuse it for packaging fragile items. Saves money and protects goods!
9. Floating Keychain for Boats & Fishing
Attach a piece of Styrofoam to keys, tools, or fishing gear to prevent them from sinking in water.
10. Shock Absorber for Furniture & Electronics
Cut into small pads and place under furniture legs or inside electronic cases to absorb shock and vibrations.

SINGAPORE! 🇸🇬

Singapore has chosen its PM. After four years of strict, tedious filtering and performance index review applied on four outstanding candidates.

Finally, Mr. Lawrence Wong was chosen to take the responsibility as the 4th PM of Singapore.

Mr. Wong, a Double Degree and PhD. holder from Harvard University in Economics, was selected after he received the highest score in Character, Perfomance, Integrity, Quality and job KPI.

Mr. Wong scored ZERO in the following:

1. Public Complaints.
2. Police Traffic Summons.
3. Public Summon.
4. Racial hatred statements.
5. Corruption and Bribery.
6. Legal Court cases.
7. Tax fraud.
8. Abuse of Power.
9. FBI, CIA, Interpol checks.

How about that for determining leadership competency?

If the qualifying requirements for a company's CEO are high, the standards for a country's CEO should be much higher.

Singapore got it right. It's the world's beacon for values-based good governance.

Why Michael Jordan Retired with the Wizards and Not the Bulls

If you're a fan of Michael Jordan, you must know that his last game with the Chicago Bulls was on June 14, 1998, in those legendary finals against the Utah Jazz, featuring players like Karl Malone and John Stockton. His final basket, the legendary "Last Shot," closed out a career that could be considered perfect. Perfect because Michael Jordan retired undefeated in the finals, securing another championship with a shot where Byron Russell fell, creating an iconic image.

Now, let’s address the question: Why did Michael Jordan play for the Wizards?

Let’s go back to the beginning. In 1999, Michael Jordan became the chief of operations for the Washington Wizards. As many know, in the early years of MJ's tenure, the Wizards had negative records. In 2001, it was rumored that Jordan returned because of the Wizards' poor performance. While the team did improve when Jordan joined, the real reason he came back at 38 years old, after being retired for three years, was due to the tragic events of 9/11. Jordan decided to return to donate 100% of his salary from 142 games to the victims of the attack. At 38, he played an average of 40 minutes per game, and every minute was a way to help the victims of that devastating event.

It’s also known that Jordan returned to help the Wizards commercially and bring the fame the franchise needed at that time. Although many view this as a stain on his career—whether he played well, average, or poorly—I can’t deny that it was a great gesture on MJ's part. He gave the people of 2001 the chance to watch him play and, above all, used that platform to help the affected community.

In conclusion, Michael Jordan returned to help the team gain marketing value and fame, as well as donate his entire salary to organizations and victims of 9/11.

*Knowledge is key*
*What is the biological phenomenon that appears in human gradual loss of muscle mass, strength and function when they are growing older?*
This is known as *Sarcopenia*!
*Sarcopenia* is a gradual loss of muscle mass, strength and function... the loss of skeletal muscle mass and strength as a result of aging... The situation may be terrible, depends on individual.
Let's explore & analyze multiple ways to prevent *sarcopenia* thus:
1. Develop the habit, if you're able to stand... just don't sit, and don't lie down if you can sit!
2. Whenever an elderly person falls ill, and get admitted to the hospital, do not ask him/her for more rest, or to lie down, relax and/or not get out of bed... It's not helpful. Help them take a walk... Except if they lost stamina to do so.
Lying down for a week causes loss of at least 5% of muscle mass! And unfortunately, the elderly can't recover the loss muscles!
Usually, most seniors/elderly who hire assistants loses muscle faster than the active ones!
3. *Sarcopenia* is more terrifying than osteoporosis!
With osteoporosis, one just need to be careful not to fall, while sarcopenia not only affects the quality of life but also causes high blood sugar due to insufficient muscle mass!
4. The fastest loss of muscles (atrophy) is through idleness in muscles of the legs...
Because when in sitting or lying position, the legs do not move, and the strength of the muscles of the legs are directly affected... This is especially important to pay unto utmost attention!
Going up and down stairs... walking, running and cycling are all great exercises, and can increase muscle mass!
For a better quality of life at old age... Move... & don't waste your muscles!!
Aging starts from the feet upwards!😱😱😱😱😱
Keep your legs active and strong!!
▪️ As we grow older on a daily basis, our feet should always stay active and strong.
If you don't move your legs for just 2 weeks, your real leg strength will decrease by 10 years.
Therefore, *regular exercises such as walking, cycling etc. are very important*.
The feet are a kind of columns that bear the entire weight of the human body.... So,
*_Walk every day!_*
