Pag usapan natin ang PERA.
Why is it IMPORTANT to be financially able before getting married, and be financially prepared when married?
Getting married is MAGASTOS. You have a lot of things to prepare and pay for like the food, venue, attires, rings, photographer, etc. Even during this time na may pandemic and konti lang dapat ang guests, may gastos padin. Well not as much gastos like before nung pre-covid, pero yes may gastos padin. Actually, sa mga nag bubudget, RIGHT NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO GET MARRIED because of the less expenses due to the lesser number of people that are allowed to gather. So if you do have plans of getting married, do it now, go ahead and get married! Intimate wedding ang peg! 🙂
Btw, please please don’t borrow money for your wedding. WAG UMUTANG or mag loan para mabayaran ang kasal. Plan for a wedding na kayang bayaran. Wag ipilit ang bongga na kasal kung di naman kaya bayaran. Be practical. Real talk po yan mga maam and sir. Concern lang po kami 🙂
Now that you’re married, tapos na ba ang gastos? Sadly, NO. The truth is, life is full of gastos. That’s why you should be financially prepared. Prepared for what? For uncertainties, tulad ngayon may pandemic, may naitabi ka bang savings for you and your family? I know a lot are affected by the pandemic and walang work. I hope you all were able to save enough funds that can help sustain your needs during this pandemic. We all need to be responsible for our self, our spouse, and our children.
In your marriage, money will be an issue. The lack of, the need for, and the purpose of your money. Don’t think that it’s all about money, rather the process of managing the money. Don’t argue about the money, wag pag awayan, kahit ano pang sigawan niyo, di lalaki ang savings niyo sa banko. Correct? Instead, work together as a team, as partners. Remember the “for richer and for poorer” part of your wedding vows? That means God has a plan for your finances. He wants you to take care of your resources. Think of ways of saving for your family, be open to investing a portion of your money, and think of business opportunities. Do your best para whatever happens, your savings is safe and your children’s future is secured. Don’t work for the money, make the money work for you!
Kamusta kayo? What are the financial challenges you are facing right now? Also baka you have tips on saving or earning. Share niyo po sa amin so we can all learn from each other!
