The Duroché estate spans 8.25ha, all within the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin. Pierre Duroché who’s known for his determinación and precisión as a celebrated rock climber, brings both power and elegance to his wines, characterized by fine-grained tannins and an earthy minerally core. We’re excited - and, admittedly, super proud - to be able to share the tradition of Gevrey-Chambertin in Perú.

“So much dried flower, mushroom, iron, rust, sweet berry, and grilled orange. Full-bodied with very elegant and refined tannins that melt in the mouth and give a real sense of place and integrity. Balanced and harmonious. The finesse and finish is endless. Production was 30% less than in 2011. Already so drinkable. A wonderful future. This is the new 1934 or 1964, two legends. Drink or hold.”

Roagna Solea 2019

Del viñedo Pira en Castiglione Falletto, Solea es una mezcla inusual de Chardonnay con un pequeño porcentaje de Nebbiolo vinificado como vino blanco. Fermentado en barricas grandes y envejecido en barriles neutros durante unos dos años, este es un vino fantásticamente refrescante con notas de limón conservado, melocotón, almendras tostadas y una textura cremosa picante. Su poder adicional y su riqueza de textura funcionarían bien junto con los tipos de peces más grasos, como el salmón o el pez espada.
