🎃 CANDY CORN COLADAS 🍍

Add a spooky tropical twist to Halloween with these colourful Candy Corn Coladas! Featuring frozen layers of pineapple, orange and creamy coconut, these festive rum cocktails look just like candy corn.

🍹 Ingredients (Makes 2 cocktails)

• 120 ml pineapple juice
• 120 ml premium rum
• 90 ml fresh orange juice
• 60 ml Aperol
• 90 ml cream of coconut
• Ice (approximately 6 metric cups)
• Candy corn for garnish (optional)

🎃 Method

Pineapple layer: Blend the pineapple juice, 60 ml rum and 2 cups of ice for about 5 seconds, leaving it slightly chunky. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate.

Orange layer: Blend the orange juice, Aperol and 2 cups of ice for about 5 seconds. Transfer to a separate bowl and refrigerate.

Coconut layer: Blend the cream of coconut, remaining 60 ml rum and 2 cups of ice for about 5 seconds.

Layer it up: Divide the pineapple mixture between two tall glasses. Slowly pour over the orange mixture, then finish with the creamy coconut layer.

Garnish and serve: Add candy corn if desired and enjoy your Halloween creation!
