A photo of your licence, a tattoo of your birthdate, your mate's ID, or an expired licence is NOT valid ID.

Your ID is YOUR ID. And if we ask for it, you need to produce it.

🪪 Look under 25? Expect to be asked for ID.

It doesn't matter if you showed it to another staff member yesterday, last week, or five minutes ago. If the duty manager asks, you need to show it.

And here's the thing — we HATE declining service! 😩

You're disappointed. We're disappointed. And now we've got paperwork!

Every declined sale has to be recorded, and those records are reviewed to make sure our team is doing their job properly.

So please, whānau, help us out here. 🧡

These aren't new rules. You know how it works. Don't leave your ID at home and try your luck, because you're not getting away with it at our store. 😂
