You can't go wrong with the 3,2,1 method! For this RUM DAIQURI, pour 3 parts of Mt Gay Eclipse rum, 2 parts freshly squeezed lime juice & 1 part sugar syrup into a shaker filled with ice then shake, shake, shake! Double strain into a chilled glass & garnish with a lime wheel. Too easy!
