It's great to see the Vixen out doing what it was designed - upgraded to do, and even better to see Luke and James really getting to understand the Boat, and constantly making setup and Tune adjustments over the last few months to get the Best out of the Boat.

Huge thanks to Scott and Tash for providing having the vision for this project, and also hoping that Scott will be able to get back on the water soon and enjoy the Vixen also,

Are you good with your hands and like to create things? we need you to join our small team Building Composite yacht masts.

Laminators, Engineers, Boat Builders – Spar-Makers and Fabricators, or anyone that would like to work with their hands we would like to talk to you.

As a Composite Spar maker at New Zealand Rigging, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process of Composite Spars for sailing yachts and other marine applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving industry with a company that values craftsmanship, innovation, and teamwork.

NZ Rigging is Based in Kumeu, Auckland New Zealand.
All Applications must hold the necessary visas to be able to work in New Zealand.

Awesome effort by Luke Heslewood and team for a quick turn around on this job for V5 Racing

Mast out Monday Midday, back in Wednesday morning.

Great to have the support of the team Half Moon Bay Marina who make these jobs so easy.

Also thanks Richard @ independent Riggers for the hand with the mast in - out.

Pretty Happy to have had opportunity from Elliott Marine to Provide the Mast Boom and Rigging packages for the new fleet of Elliott Seven's for the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS).

It's also a very nice Feeling to be able to Manufacture all these here in New Zealand, we all know that it's not easy, but building in lots of 11, and being able to work with Greg on a few Ideas to make the Production side of things easier helps a lot.

Also, a huge shout out to Emirates Team New Zealand without them this project would not have happened.

The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS) Training Program has been used by a huge number of New Zealand's Elite Yachts Men and Woman to launch their Careers, and the fleet replacement will allow that to carry on at a high level for the next 15 years.

A huge shout out also to the team here at NZ Rigging that has worked methodically and to some pretty tight product times to make this project viable.

Great Project to be Involved in, Great owners that are always wanting to find the little bit more.

Always a great to do a Rig - Mainsail fine tune with Willz and see the Mast - Mainsail working well together are a few small Minor adjustments to the Butt and D1's which was followed by some deflector adjustments has everything Looking pretty nice.

After a great Race North in New Zealand’s great race, the coastal classic, it’s sad to wake up this morning to the news of someone losing their life while racing.

Our thoughts are with the family and crew in these tough times.

We are looking for an Experienced Composite Pre-Preg laminator to join our team working in our dedicated lamination clean room Laminating carbon yacht mast, booms and components.

We based in Kumeu - Auckland.

You would have a good eye for detail be experienced in using Pre-Preg Materials and the complete Vacuum bagging and Autoclave curing process.

We are a small team, and we encourage continuous development and process improvements which allows you to explore new processes and techniques.
