Sloe Royale Gin Cocktail..

Fabulous for any celebration, add Curiosity Sloe Gin to your favourite bubbles for a cocktail to impress.

Ingredients:
25ml Curiosity Sloe Gin

150ml sparkling wine, prosecco or champagne nice and cold.

Mathod:

Pour the sloe gin into champagne flute or wine glass, top up with icy cold sparkling wine, prosecco or champagne.

Garnish with fresh mint, lime, rosemary or orange peel.

Mulled Wine.
A little mid winter Christmas mulled wine tipple better suited to the colder months.

Ingredients:
8 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
½ cup lightly packed Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar
½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
2 cups water
Rind of 1 orange, cut into long strips
1 Granny Smith apple (skin on), thinly sliced
750ml light, fruity red wine (such as a merlot)

Method:
Heat cloves, cinnamon, dark cane sugar, nutmeg, water, orange rind in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add red wine and apple. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain and divide among heat-proof serving glasses. Enjoy while warm.

Note: The combination of wintery spices and a rich fruity red wine is the perfect warming winter drink (for adults). For a non-alcoholic version you can use grape or cranberry juice in place of the wine.
