WOOOOO! 🥳🏎️ Who’s ready for an awesome night at Eastern States Speedway?! WE CAN’T WAIT! ❤️🏁

I was out at the track last night and WOW, it was HOT HOT HOT! 🥵☀️

With the forecast looking like it’s going to be in the high 20s today, please make sure you’re prepared for a hot one!

🧴 SLIP, SLOP, SLAP! Make sure you pack your sunscreen and keep reapplying throughout the day.

🧢 BRING A HAT! There isn’t a lot of shade around the track, so make sure you have something to keep the sun off your head.

☀️ STAY HYDRATED! Bring your water bottles and keep those fluids up!

Forgot your hat? No worries! The Pitstop at Eastern States has hats available for purchase, so you can still get sorted before the racing gets underway! 👒🙌

🏁❤️🖤 OPENING NIGHT BREAKDOWN – JUNIOR MEMBERS! 🖤💛🏁

Opening night is nearly here, and we can’t wait to see all our returning AND NEW Junior Members back at the track! 🥳🏎️💨

We’re so excited to welcome back our familiar faces and meet all our new JM families as we kick off another awesome season at Eastern States Speedway! ❤️🖤💛

Please take a moment to read through the important information below so everything runs as smoothly as possible on the night.

📍 JUNIOR MEMBERS TEAM – 5PM TO 7PM

The JM team will be at the track from 5pm until 7pm.

⚠️ Please DO NOT come and see us before the flag goes up! We ask that everyone waits until the flag has gone up before approaching the JM team.

📝 OPENING NIGHT REGISTRATIONS

Still need to register your Junior Member? No worries! We will have 4 tablets available on opening night to help get registrations completed.

🚨 IMPORTANT: THE REGISTRATION LINK WILL NOT BE POSTED ONLINE.

Registration will only be available in person on opening night, so you will need to be attending the meeting to register your Junior Member. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Registration will close at 7pm.

💳 An EFTPOS machine will be available for payments.

💵 Cash is also accepted; however, we will NOT have change available, so please bring the correct amount if paying with cash.

✅ Payment is required on opening night. Once registered and paid, your Junior Member will receive their goodie bag and lanyard.

🎟️ GETTING INTO THE TRACK

There will be a list of registered Junior Members at the gates to help ensure registered JMs can get into the track.

Once inside, please come and see the JM team to collect your goodie bag and lanyard! 🎁

🚨 OUTSTANDING JUNIOR MEMBER FEES

Any Junior Members who still have outstanding fees MUST have these paid before collecting their goodie bag.

Please do not send your child to collect their goodie bag if their fees are still outstanding. Unfortunately, the JM team will have to turn them away until payment has been made, and this is not a position we want to put anyone in.

We ask that parents and caregivers please make sure all outstanding fees are sorted before sending their children to collect their goodies. ❤️

❤️ PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US!

This is going to be a MASSIVE night for the JM team, with over 100 Junior Members to look after and 33 birthday gifts to hand out! 🥳🎁

We ask that everyone please bears with us, waits patiently and gives us a little time to get through everyone. We will work as quickly as we possibly can, but with so many Junior Members to organise, there may be a bit of a wait.

We want to make sure every single Junior Member gets looked after and has a fantastic start to the season! ❤️
